Please follow these instructions as you begin the application process. 

Each of the reference forms and Transcript Request forms should be printed, completed, and mailed to the Admissions Office for processing.

Complete the Online Application for Admission. 

There is a $40 application fee. This payment may be made through our website, over the phone, or checks may be sent to the address listed above.


Request your academic records with the Transcript Request. 

Request that the high school you graduated from send an official copy of your high school academic record showing the date of graduation. If you have completed the GED, the official scores must be sent to the Admissions Office. If you have not yet graduated, request the high school to send a transcript of course work completed up to the current semester. If you are applying to transfer from another college or university, follow the instructions on the Transcript Request.


Distribute the Pastor's Recommendation and both General Recommendation forms to the appropriate people.

All applicants must have these three forms completed as instructed and returned to the Admissions Office.


Have your ACT or SAT scores sent to the Admissions Office.

It is our high honor to be a part of training dedicated Christians for the ministry. When the Admissions Office has all of your application materials, a final decision will be made regarding your acceptance. You will be notified by letter of that decision.

Grace  Baptist  College  is  a  local  church  ministry  (Ecclesiastical  Corporation)  of  Grace  Baptist Church  of Gaylord, Michigan, and is not, and has no intention of ever becoming, a liberal arts college. The sole purpose of Grace Baptist College is to train Christians to serve in the ministries of local New Testament churches of like faith and practice. Grace Baptist College is not licensed or approved by the State of Michigan and does not guarantee that any of its degrees or credits will be recognized by any other institution. Grace Baptist College is not accredited by any person, organization, or government agency. While Grace Baptist College is not accredited, the course of instruction and the individual classes are widely accepted by fundamental colleges and mission boards as college-level work.
