Please follow these instructions as you begin the application process. Each of these forms should be printed, completed, and mailed to the Admissions Office for processing.
Please send completed forms plus the $25 Application Fee to:
Grace Baptist College
Complete the Application for Admission using the Application Instructions for guidance. Return this form to the Admissions Office. Be sure to include the $25 application fee.
Request your academic records with the Transcript Request. Request that the high school you graduated from send an official copy of your high school academic record showing the date of graduation. If you have completed the GED, the official scores must be sent to the Admissions Office. If you are presently completing your final semester, request that your official transcript be sent after the final grades are recorded. If you are applying to transfer from another college or university, follow the instructions on the Transcript Request.
Distribute the Pastor's Recommendation and both General Recommendation forms to the appropriate people. All applicants must have these three forms completed as instructed and returned to the Admissions Office.
Complete the Student Health Profile. This form must be completed by the applicant and returned to the Admissions Office. It must be received prior to your acceptance.
Complete the Student Interest Survey. This survey will aid us greatly in providing opportunities for you to serve the Lord while you attend Grace Baptist College. Please fill out the survey completely and return it with your application.
